Each project begins with a specific operational requirement. We assess technical feasibility, develop or adapt the product configuration, organize production, prepare the required documentation and coordinate delivery according to the contract.

Horizontal oil storage tanks

Customer

State-owned energy infrastructure company. The exact legal name and permission to publish it must be provided by the customer.

Contract value

€560,000, excluding installation works at the operating site.

Supply volume

  • 4 horizontal tanks with a capacity of 25 m³;
  • 4 horizontal tanks with a capacity of 50 m³;
  • 8 tanks in total;
  • total supplied storage capacity: 300 m³;
  • project-specific connections, supports and protective coating.

Execution period

January–July 2024 / 7 months from technical approval to final shipment.

Government tender for the manufacture and supply of underground and aboveground horizontal oil storage tanks with capacities of 25 and 50 m³.

The project required SIVERGUMA to adapt the tank configurations to different installation conditions while maintaining a unified manufacturing and quality-control process.

The scope included technical review, preparation of manufacturing documentation, steel processing, rolling, welding, assembly, installation of technological connections, surface preparation, protective coating, final inspection and preparation for transportation.

The completed tanks were produced for the safe receipt, storage and dispensing of petroleum products at the customer’s operating facilities.

Autonomous field shower systems

Autonomous field shower systems

Customer

Government emergency-response procurement authority. The exact name may be published subject to contractual approval.

Contract value

€435,000, including production, complete equipment, spare parts and transport packaging.

Supply volume

  • 30 autonomous field shower systems;
  • 30 wood-fired flow-through water heaters;
  • 60 metal water-storage tanks;
  • 30 mobile shower cabins;
  • 30 reserve PVC water tanks with a capacity of 1,200 litres;
  • spare parts and operating accessories for each system.

Execution period

February–November 2025 / phased production and delivery over 10 months.

Government tender for the supply of autonomous field shower systems intended for military and emergency-response applications.

Each system was equipped with a wood-fired flow-through water heater, a mobile shower cabin, metal water-storage tanks, a large reserve PVC tank and the accessories required for autonomous operation.

The project included manufacturing, assembly, connection of system components, operational testing, preparation of spare-parts sets and phased delivery.

The supplied systems were designed for personnel operating outside permanent deployment points and without access to established water-heating and sanitation infrastructure.

Customer

Contract value

€210,000 for engineering development, prototype manufacturing, testing and pilot production.

2022–2025 / multi-stage development, testing and improvement programme.

Development of autonomous field shower systems commissioned for government projects, including configurations with wood-fired and diesel-powered flow-through water heaters.

The project moved through several stages: analysis of operational requirements, initial engineering concept, prototype manufacturing, functional testing, configuration refinement and pilot production.

The two heater configurations were developed to provide operational flexibility in locations where access to a specific fuel type may be limited.

Field feedback was used to improve system usability, transportation, assembly, reliability and maintenance.

60 m³ mud tanks for drilling operations

€690,000, including manufacturing, project-specific equipment, documentation and delivery.

  • 6 receiving mud tanks;
  • capacity of each tank: 60 m³;
  • total supplied capacity: 360 m³;
  • project-specific connections and service components;

Execution period

May 2026–January 2027 / 9 months, including phased inspection and shipment.

Current execution of a government tender for the supply of 60 m³ mud tanks intended for drilling operations.

The tanks are designed for primary accumulation, temporary storage and process handling of drilling fluids under industrial operating conditions.

The project requires the manufacture of large welded steel structures with project-specific connections, access elements and protective coating.

Production is organized in phases so that manufacturing, inspection, documentation and shipment can be coordinated separately for each unit.

€740,000, including manufacture, protective treatment, documentation and phased delivery.

Execution period

July 2026–March 2027 / phased manufacture and delivery over 9 months.

Current execution of a government tender for the supply of underground horizontal oil storage tanks with a capacity of 50 m³.

The products are intended for the safe receipt and storage of petroleum products within underground fuel-storage infrastructure.

The project includes manufacturing preparation, rolling and welding of cylindrical shells, installation of service openings and technological connections, protective treatment, inspection and preparation for transportation.

Final tank configuration and documentation are coordinated according to the installation conditions and contractual requirements.
